The question may be unfair. How could anyone dominating the game of golf the way Tiger Woods is right now not be thought of as “back?” The answer depends on what standard he’s coming “back” to, and in the case of the man who tees it up Thursday at 10:45 a.m., the only standard that matters is winning majors.
