An armed man cruising through Orlando on a golf cart Tuesday night was zapped with a taser by Orlando Police for resisting arrest. Nick Novarro-Borges, 21, was driving around the commercial area just west of Orlando Airport when alarmed passers-by contacted authorities to report a suspicious man on a golf cart. full story
